Lee Ann Byrum

I've been in the Austin area for about 30 years. I worked as a manager for Chuy's for 25.5 of those. I've played music, ran triathlons, half marathons, and traveled the world. (Not all of it. I still have many places to see.) I recently took a position with a fabulous up and coming restaurant called Torchy's Tacos. I'm working for some of my old Chuy's buddies. I am sooo happy. I'm also very grateful for all of my wonderful friends and family.

When it finally came time for our senior play, I got up the courage to try out for a singing part. I had known that I wanted to be a singer since I was a small child. My grandmother taught me to sing before I could talk. I got the part and a great response. That gave me the courage to go on and play music professionally for the next 30 years. It's not my day job any more, but it's still my passion. I guess I got some good MOJO in me that day:-)
